Popolo, goditi la vittoria! Prima delle elezioni, sembrava che “L’Unione per la Vittoria” non
aveva bisogno di tante parole, poichè le approvazioni dati dai
deputati socialisti, durante questi quattro anni scorsi, hanno beffato questo
popolo. Ma la strategia di Fatos Nano e l’indifferenza degli elettori hanno
fatto si che per altri quattro anni l’Albania sia sottosopra. Se l’Albania è davvero
un problema per l’ordine e la sicurezza, sembra che il voto del 24 Giugno ed
il 8 Luglio, datosi di nuovo ai communisti, sia davvero d’accordo con questa
dittatura. Se l’oposizione ha dato una strategia per la crescita del livello
economico, sembra che il voto degli albanesi sia per il contrario, dunque non
vuole un economia, non vuole l’integrazione in Europa, non vuole che venghino
gli affaristi stranieri cosi come èrano stati dal 1992 al 1996. Sembra
che il popolo albanese abbia avuto tutti i beni. Che abbia avuto lavoro,
sicurezza, corrente elettrica, acqua, strade. Anche i membri del governo
sembra che non abbiano rubato il tesoro dello stato. Cosi sarà. Anche
il deputato Azem Hajdari sembra che non sia stato ucciso. E sembra che non ci
siano ne anche bande e sacheggi in Albania. Anche i scafi a Valona, Durrës,
Shëngjin, Sarandë, Gjirokastër sembra che siano amministrati da questo popolo
e non dai governanti. E lo stesso va detto anche per la droga, la carne
bianca, la corruzione, il contrabando. Però questo popolo sa
almeno una cosa che le votazioni avvengono una volta ogni quattro anni.
Comunque questo popolo ha votato per se stesso. Non ci rimane altro che
augurare al popolo: Goditi la vittoria e se hai qualcosa di cui lamentarti
non andare dall’opposizione, ma tieniti forte, sopporta il bastone e aspetta
che si arrichiscano ancora un’po i communisti. Sokol Pepushaj Enjoy your victory, people! Before the elections it looked
like “The Union for the Victory” didn’t need to use many words, for the
deputies mocked this people for the past four years. But the strategy of
Fatos Nano and the indifference of the voters made possible that for four more years Albania might be in
disarray. If Albania is really a problem
for the order, the security, it seems like the vote of the 24 - th of June
and the 8 - th of July, given to the
communists, did agree wisht this dictatorship. If the opposition opend up
strategies to make grow the economical level, the vote of the albanians
seemed to be contrary, so it shows they don’t want economy, no integration in
Europe, no bussinesmen like during 1992 - 1996. The albanian people seemed to
have had all the goods they needed. So they have had work, security, lights,
water, roads. And the government members seems like they haven’t robbed the
state’s treasury. And so it might be. And the democratic deputy Azem Hajdari
perhaps, was not killed. Maybe there are neither gangs nore robbers in
Albania. Also the motorboats in Vlora, Durrës, Shëngjin, Sarandë,
Gjirokastër, seemingly are administered by this people and not by the
statesmen. And the drugs, corruption, smuggling, seems to be treated by the
people and not by the statesmen. But this people knows for sure
one thing. That elections take place only once every four years. However the
albanian people voted for himself. And we cannot do anything else but
wishing: Enjoy the victory and if you
have any complaint do not go after the opposition, but tighten your belt,
suffer the licking and wait until the communists become more rich. Sokol Pepushaj Tragedia kosovara Le tragedie kosovare sono una più penosa dell’altra. La
radunanza fascista serba, per la quale il Tribunale dell’Aja ha cominciato le
indagini con il criminale Sllobodan Millosheviç, ha fatto una strage sull
innocente popolo kosovaro. Zef Luli, nato il 20. 10. 1950, membro della Lega
Democratica del Kosovo dal 06. 03 1992, éra priore del villaggio Strellc nel
comune di Deçan dal 12. 05. 1993 fino al 11. 04. 1999 quando è stato
fucilato dalla polizia segreta serba. Il priore del villaggio Strellc non
aveva disubidito le leggi, èra amato e rispettato, uono giusto e
attivista del LDK. Ma èrano queste le “ragioni” per le quali è
stato ucciso dalla polizia di Sllobodan Millosheviç, accusato di crimini.
È penosa la repressione serba su questa famiglia kosovara.. la polizia
estremista serba ha usato violenza anche sul figlio del ex - priore, Astrit
Zef Luli, nato il 26. 02. 1978. Quando la bestia serba èra in guerra e
molti albanesi del Kosovo vennero accolti in Albania, Astrit Luli fu
arrestato dalla polizia. È stato torturato e massacrato per tre
giorni, fino a quando e stato lasciato libero per mancanza di prove. Ma
Astrit Luli è stato ferito da due pallotole della polizia nel piede
destro ed il 15. 01. 1999 è stato ricoverato nell’ospedale di Deçan.
Anche il caso di questo giovane senza ombra di dubbio è uno dei tanti
apelli contro Sllobodan Millosheviç. Denada Kraja Kosovar tragedy The kosovar tragedies are each
more compassionate than the other. The serbian fascist junta, for which the
Tribunal of Haga started with the investigations about Sllobodan Millosheviç,
has done a massacre on the innocent people of Kosova. Zef Luli, born in
October 20, 1950, member of the Democratic League of Kosovo since March 06,
1992, was the alderman of Strellci village in the municipality of Deçan since
May 12, 1993 until April 04, 1999, when the serbian police executed him by
the firin squad. He didn’t brake any law, he was loved and honoured, a
rightous man and activist of DLK. But these were the causes for which, the
police of Sllobodan Millosheviç, the accused one for crimes, killed him. The
serbian repression on this kosovar family is compassionate. Astrit Luli, the
son of the alderman, born in February 26, 1978, was maltreated many times by
the extremist serbian police. Astrit Luli was arrested by the police while
the serbian beast was in war and many albanians of Kosovo were seeking refuge
in Albania. His body tasted three days of tortures and massacres until he was
set free for the missing of material evidence. But Astrit Luli had two fire -
arm wounds left by the police in his left leg, and was treated in the
hospital of Deçan. The case of this younger is no doubt one of the many
appeals against Sllobodan Millosheviç. Denada Kraja Pallotole e TNT sui democratici Il giorno 24 del Giugno ed il
8 di Luglio, quando i socialcommunisti hanno violentato il voto libero deli
albanesi, ha dato il mandato di governare per altri quattro anni. Anche
quando sono venuti al potere, il 29 di Giugno 1997, lo hanno fatto con
terrore e violenza. Hanno usato questa repressione psicologica e fisica con
tutto il loro potenziale, durante il loro mandato di quattro anni. I
democratici sono una denuncia reale, i quali malgrado le rivendicazioni
medievali, non hanno potuto fermarli in queste elezioni, i quali senza dubbio
sono state le più terribili. Un caso, un’accusa, un’appello è
anche il democratico Musa Adem Sheqar, sua moglie Aneta Spiro Sheqar e i loro
tre figli Flamur, Elvis ed Elson. Essendo membro ed attivista del Partito
Democratico, Musa sheqar è stato minacciato molte volte di essere ucciso,
dai communisti che accidentalmente li avremo per ancora quattro anni in
potere se l’opposizione non si decide di organizarsi bene per interrompere il
loro mandato. Ed ecco, il 10 Novembre 1999, alle ore 20. 45, si spara per
ucciderli su Musa Sheqar e sua moglie Aneta Sheqar, vicino alla loro casa, da
gruppi della mafia statale. Musa prende una pallotola al braccio, mentre sua
moglie alla gamba. Dopo che ne escono salvi senza essere uccisi, grazie a Dio
e alla fortuna, i stessi gruppi, il 12 Dicembre 1999, alle ore 19. 30,
sparano un caricatore di kallashnikov, e cinque pallotole prendono il suo
corpo, all’addome. Il figlio, Flamur Sheqar prende suo padre e lo porta
all’ospedale in condizioni molto gravi. Mentre lo stavano operando, con un
esplosivo gli distruggono il locale, Bar Ristorante “Flamuri” a Shtoj i Ri,
da un valore di 100 000 dollari. In tali condizioni di insicurezza, violenza
e discriminazione, questo democratico scelse, come tanti altri, l’unica via,

fortune, those same groups in December 12, 1999 at 19. 30 fire to Musa Sheqar
with machine - gun burst, and this time he gets five bullets in his belly.
His con Flamur takes him at the hospital in a trying situation. In the

Bar Restaurant “Flamuri” in Shtoj i Ri with a value of 100 000 dollars. In
