The democrats feel threat by the Mafioso socialists on power!

“With us or against us, there’s no other way!” is the slogan of the new communists, back on power after the Bolshevik armed revolution of 1997. If there is somewhere a little tolerance, this is not the case of Malësi e Madhe, the northern area of Albania. For the sons of the criminals of the 50-years long bloodthirsty regime of Enver Hoxha, it is too difficult to forgive the inhabitants of this area the fact of organizing the first anticommunist uprising in the whole Europe after the Second World War, in January of 1945. Even though it was wildly crushed down, it showed to the civilized world the highlanders said “No” to communism, “No” to the Bolshevik red dictatorship. One of the patriotic families opposing the new coming beast was the family Curaj from Vuç-Kastrat of Shkreli, a family that suffered continuously the persecution, violence and discrimination of the Stalinist regime of Enver Hoxha. During the 46 years of dictatorship, the communist state has used violence, imprisonments, internments and political pressures, as well as depriving from the free movement and the liberty of instruction for this family distinguished for nationalist activities as well as supporting the former king Zog. This was the surrounding ambience where grew up Jetmir Hasan Curaj, born on August 8, 1970. Hasan, his father, could educate his son to love the country, with the hope of a better future. On March 20, 1991, Jetmir is admitted as a member of the Democratic Party in Malësi e Madhe, since then effectively contributing to the victory of the democratic forces led by the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha. He is very active in the pluralist elections of March 31, 1991 and participates in the protests of April 2, 1991, organized in Shkodra, and for the very first time experienced the violence of the police and the agonizing state. The victory of the democratic forces brings back the hope and trust for the members of the family Curaj, making so possible for them during 1992-96 to have an economical recovery and an involvement in the daily life fearing not the police and other instruments of the democratic state. But everything is over after the armed revolution of 1997, when the sons of the ex communists are back on power. Even though, the activity of Jetmir goes ahead supporting the democratic forces, particularly to the candidate of the Democratic Party in the local and parliamentary elections. This is the motive he is put on target by the incriminated organs of the state. The ace of the criminal acts against the young Jetmir Hasan Curaj is on September 14, 1998, when he miraculously escapes death by the shots on the van of democrats coming from Tirana, after the funeral of the deputy Azem Hajdari. Afterwards Jetmir and his wife Gardalina are totally involved in propagating in support to the democrat candidate in the elections of October 1, 2000, causing them to bear further violence, insults and the threat of kidnapping his wife and killing him. His wife Gardalina was a member of the DP of her village Reç, since young, coming from a persecuted family, activists of the Democratic Party. Facing this, Jetmir and his wife Gardalina are forced to leave their country, while the blind forces in power vent their anger on Gardalina’s brother in Reç, imprisoning and torturing him, with the accusation of cultivating narcotic plants, intentionally confusing it with the industrial plants, although this was a problem solved in the farmers favor, by the intercession of the Britannic Embassy in Tirana. Gardalina’s brother is still living hidden, fearing the gangs on power, still ruling with an iron hand in Albania. The democrats are still threat by the Mafioso socialists on power.

Blood-feud threatens the life of Iliran Tyli

One of the acute social problems of Albania is the phenomenon of blood-feud. This comes as an inability of the state and because the law is not working. The Canon of almost 600 years ago is making the regulator of the Albanian life. Ilirian Tyli is one of many, from the northern city of Shkodra.

Edmond Tyli, Ilirian’s brother, has wounded the citizen Pashuk Marku, coming from the villages around. This happened on June 24, 2000, motivated by a conflict of property. The uncontrolled demographic movements have brought heavy consequences causing many victims. Pashuk Marku wanted to build up a house in the property of the family Tyli who had a regular legal documentation of their property as we could ascertain. But who considers the laws in Albania?! The state itself is breaking them, giving ground to conflicts. It is painful to write that after this, three Tyli families are forced to live shut in, as the family Marku has prepared their guns.

This was also made known to the Mission of Reconciliation, but no results came yet. Ilirian Tyli and his family are in serious danger.

A serious racial incident

In north Albania wondering phenomenon are causing murders. Life and human rights are not protected by law. Behold how paradox sounds the incident we considered important to write about in on of the most prestigious Albanian journals, the “Shqipëria Etnike”:

A citizen from Shkodra, called Blerim Ali Çela, born on March 3, 1985, almost a child and guiltless, risks his life. Why, would you ask, what has done this young boy? His father, Ali Çela had killed two people in 2001. All started as a conflict for different political convictions, but the two victims had beaten Ali Çela some time ago, insulting him for his colored skin. After this incident of racial background, the family Çela is shut in, to escape the revenge of the family of the victims. Ali Çela goes out after a few days and the family of the victims kills him. But it is not the end yet. Today, Blerim Çela, the son of Ali, a guiltless child is suffering living shut in, having his life in danger, though the Mission of Reconciliation is working on this. That’s the way it goes when the state shuts up.

His life is in danger if back in his country

Description: D:\gazeta\Shqipëria Etnike\internet\she34\njac-paloka.jpgThe life of the true democrats, those who sustained the frail Albanian democracy during the ’90’s, is insecure in their country.

Njac Ndrekë Paloka, born on March 21, 1961, from Berdica of Shkodra, was one of the pillars in installing the democracy in the northern region. Since January 1991, Njac is a member of the DP and one of its most zealous activists. His and his family took part in the first anticommunist movements on January 14, 1990, December 13, 1990 and April 2, 1991. Njac Paloka was member of the organizing group of the Democratic Party in the villages of Berdica. Since 1991 till 2001 he was commissioner of the DP in the elections’ centers, as well as member of the electoral group for the deputy Valentin Palaj during the elections of June 24, 2001 as well as in those of the local elections in 2000. Njac came from a family persecuted by the Albanian orthodox-communist regime. His grandfather Lush Paloka was fired by the communists on January 1945, for participating in the first anticommunist uprising in Europe. Life became unbearable even for Njac, after the Bolshevik-communist revolution of 1997. In every step and movement he did, he was under the surveillance and pressure of the police and the Albanian secret services. In many cases he was openly menaced by armed people, and the same bad destiny was for his family. In these conditions of the red terror, that caused the death even to the deputy Azem Hajdari, the life of Njac Paloka became unbearable in his country, forcing him to leave out of his will toward the USA. In the actual state of our country, the life of Njac Paloka is insecure, if he comes back, because of the dark forces who keep on terrorizing the true democrats.

State terror on the democrat Julian Laca

The Albanian politics was named degenerate by the leader of the Albanian opposition, the former President of the Republic, Sali Berisha. There’s no other name to give this state as the violence and repression on the democrats are endless. The member and activist of the Democratic Party, Julian Zef Laca, who gave a contribution as a member of the Youth Forum of this party, was put on the target of the communist persecutors like many other Albanians. The police, as a blind tool in the hands of crime, has done inhuman acts on this democrat like on many others, who have been killed, imprisoned or forced to leave Albania, by beating them or supervising them, as they did with the phone of doctor Berisha, or the arrest of the spokesman of DP, Edi Paloka. This is an accusation to the state that is enlarging the dictatorship against democrats who want a free Albania.

Julian Laca, forced to live hidden as his life is in danger, has given a contribution to the Democratic Party in the local elections of October 1, 2000, as well as in June 24, 2001, in the parliamentary elections.

In the elections of June 24, 2001, he was part of the electoral team of the deputy Valentin Palaj and now is the leader of the Youth Forum for the DP in municipality of Dajç. These persons should be regarded respectfully giving them free space in politics and not persecuted. These are the forms that prevent Albania to become a member of EU.

A conflict forces seven families to live shut in

He is old, born on August 31, 1948, father of three children. His name is Ramadan Brahimaj and he is from Grizha of the northern city of Shkodra. He is living shut in because of blood-feud. This came after a conflict with political background. It happened on December 16, 1999, when Bajram Brahaj, Ramadan’s brother was beaten by two people in a bar of the district “Partizani” in the city of Shkodra. He was then hospitalized and had a surgery intervention in the hospital of Shkodra. After being healed, a few months later decides to take revenge, according to the Albanian Canon. Bajram Brahaj, on March 5, 2000, killes the two persons who had beaten him and the tragedy goes on. Ramadan Brahaj with his family and seven other families Brahaj are forced to live shut in and to ask the intervention of the Mission of Reconciliation, even their work is not giving any result yet.

The Albanians spread all over the world, while the communists are decieving all over Europe

The northern area of Albania is being abandoned mostly by the youth, those who give hope and life to our country. They’re leaving for a better and democratic European life, so much dreamed by generations.

This beautiful “dream” flourished after 1992, but faded in the dark year 1997, when the “new” communists came back on power with Bolshevik methods, keeping the power just like their fathers.

Facing this miserable life, many people from Malësia have chosen the way of emigration, leaving their country with great pain and tears. They are many if counted, but I want to tell about two young democrats, the couple Celaj from Hoti in the municipality of Kastrat of M. Madhe. Their persecution is endless. Since the first years of communism, their families have been facing the communist persecution expressed in internments, imprisonments, firings, expropriations, deprived of all the rights, as considered a dangerous family for the communism, and now for the socialism. For this same reason, the son of the family Celaj, Gjergj Fran Celaj from Hot, born on 1969, after the fall of the Wall in Berlin, along with his anticommunist friends, started to organize protests against the dictatorial state of almost half a century. Mr. Gjergj is distinguished as an organizer in the protests against the murders by the boarder on June 16, 1990, as well as in the first celebration of the Catholic mass in Shkodra on December 4, 1990, as well as in the pulling down of the dictator on December 13, 1990, in Shkodra. Even though the communist kept silent at that time, they were writing everything down, so that they could start searching for the organizers of those protests, arrests and murders took place, performed by the security of state. To escape this, Mr. Gjergj Celaj was forced to flee in Yugoslavia (Belgrade) on January 3, 1991, where he stayed in the camps of the UN until July 8, 1993, when Europe made sure the democracy was being established led by the Democratic Party building up a European life. Coming back from Belgrade, Mr. Gjergj worked as a member of the Police Department of Shkodra in October 3, 1993. He did his job properly, respecting the laws of the democratic state and was particularly distinguished in defending the democratic state during 1997 from the communist gangs and the international Mafia. He kept on working in the police even after 1997, until September 16, 1999, time when he was dismissed because of his uncompromised work fighting the gangs and criminals, mostly part of the Socialist Party. He was also menaced at this time as this was only the beginning, for if he was to be involved in the opposition in general, particularly in the Democratic Party, he would had suffered more than his forerunners, who were imprisoned, fired, interned and expropriated by the communists. Mr. Gjergj was also told that his wife Alma Nush Celaj came from a family considered an enemy of the communism. Alma’s family (Malaj, in her childhood), just like the Celaj family was fired, interned and expropriated, so they would suffer even worse now, they said. The couple Celaj however were members of the Democratic Party, and very active in their anticommunist propaganda, being particularly distinguished in the two elections’ campaigns, the locals of October 1, 2000 and the Parliamentary of June 24, 2001. Thanks to their propaganda, both elections were won by the candidates of the Democratic Party. This made the socialists go crazy, so they organized all their gangs in police uniforms, especially those of the secret police named ISS, to take revenge on the democrats of Malësi. They stood still, but most of them paid with their life and that of their families. One of the families in danger was the family Celaj, many times threatened by the socialist gangs with anonymous phone-calls, and many times sought in their home to be arrested or…, until the day they decided to leave by any means Malësi and Albania, with great pain and tears… And Malësi says: May the Lord bless those sons of mine, spread all over the world… yet not for they fault.

The ex member of the Democratic Party is arrested in the Airport of Rinas

The Albanian opinion is being informed these last days about the activity of the ISS. It was the Premier Fatos Nano who accused Fatos Klosi, the former chief of the ISS. By this accusation, many persons in charge were dismissed and the chief is under investigation by the organs of the Prosecutor, according to the article 148, point 1 of the Constitution, as it is the Prosecutor to take charge of the investigations. The Albanian Parliament has also put together a commission of investigation about the activity of ISS, conducted by Ngjela. After a voluminous work discovering important documents, it was proved that great administrative offences were made. Particular persons were trailed because of their political convictions, although they didn’t do anything harmful to the sovereignty of the country. Under a great pressure, agents of ISS threat the freedom of people in unjustified arrests, in the name of the organized crime of illegal emigration. We come to know that in the Rinas Airport was arrested the ex member of the Democratic Party, Hil Shllaku from the village Darragjat of Shkodra. According to the fonts we had, he was arrested by the agents of ISS as soon as he stepped down in the Airport “Nënë Tereza” of Rinas. By some information we were given, Hil Shllaku came in Albania for his wife was sick at the hospital and he had to take care of his little twins. Mr. Hil Shllaku was one of the first members of the Organization 2 April in Shkodra. He was a devoted member of the DP. According to some information from the DP Seat, the forces of ISS had tried to arrest him even before he left Albania to Italy. Certain deputies of the Socialist Party are protecting the agents of ISS in order to attack their political opposition.
