The state hits the family Alibali

The communist gangs led by politicians of inhuman heart, in these last five years have made thousand of Albanian mothers wear in black, many young women become widows and children orphans. Over 4600 Albanians have been murdered in these years, just if it was war. The state doesn’t seem to have any qualms of conscience about this. It comes out when it is time of elections, while the rest of time it is stealing, deceiving and killing its’ citizens it’s political opponents. A model of crime on men is the psychological and physical violence used on the family Alibali from Shkodra. Artan Alibali is victim of medieval persecution. Some times ago, when communist gangs placed explosive to the house of the chief mufti of Shkodra, Mr. Faik Hoxha, the family of the democrat Artan Alibali miraculously escaped the danger, as they live very near to the house of the chief mufti. Artan and his wife Ixhlale Alibali participated in the anticommunist protests since the beginning of the democratic processes in Albania. They have spent very much for democracy and human liberties. But just like many other democrats, they have hit the eye of the dark anarchist segments, having their life in serious danger. Someone attempted to kidnap their children Ensar and Ejona. Besides the terror suffered by the little children, it comes even the worst, as it is the fact that the police used a great violence on the democrat Ixhlale Alibali, causing her a fracture on the disk of the vertebras and injuries in her knee.

This is the case of the family Alibali as an attempt to kill the spirit of liberty and democracy by the state of rubber sticks, with the goal to eliminate even physically the true democrats.

Fear from the gun of the avenger

“Your uncle has killed our son and we shall avenge. Our gun is going to spare none, neither you who are not yet 15 years old. We shall kill all of you…” These are parts of some menacing letters the family of the avenger from Big Boriç time after time sends to the young Ilvir Hasan Ropaj, resident in Shtoj i Ri, in the Municipality of Rrethina in the prefecture of Shkodra. Although too young, born on January 31, 1986, not yet 17, Ilvir is menaced with death for a crime occurred in 1995. Ilvir’s uncle Rasim Ropaj former policeman in the police department of Koplik, in a conflict of work has killed his colleague and friend Isa Gjekaj and since then the two families are in enmity with each other. The family of Isa Gjekaj is forcing to live shut in all the male members of the family Ropaj, ready to take revenge and turn back the honor to their family. There were no results no matter the mediations of the missionaries of peace who asked to set free some males members of the family Ropaj. In these conditions of high pressure by the letters menacing with death, Ilvir Ropaj left Albania, going abroad in a western state where life and human rights are protected by law, considering this as the only safe way. He cannot come back to his beloved anymore, for the gun of the avenger is ready to shot on him. The return of Ilvir and hundreds like him from Malësi e Madhe, where the Canon is the law, means a return toward the warned death. This is the bitter tragic reality in the north of our country in this new century.

Women insecure

The anarchy in Albania caused even to women and children to have their life insecure. A case of a serious menace because of her job was that of Lenë Zef Zefi, born on December 10, 1963. This woman is mother of two children. Since 1995 she worked as a financial expert in the municipality of Bushat in Shkodra and was in charge by the Council of Municipality to receive the bills of water and electricity for the village Kosmaç. Because of this she was in troubles and had menaces of death. The northern Albania doesn’t respect the law to pay those bills, that’s why it is deprived from the electricity for even 18 hours a day. The family of the intellectual Lenë Zefi and her children are subject to the attacks of irresponsible people. On September 1, 2002, some gangs menaced Lenë and prevented her to do her job. This Albanian citizen, this good mother, this intellectual, although having no problems with the justice, is menaced with death, because of the missing authority of the state.

The democrat Ylli Zusi and the dictatorship

One of the well known democrats, member of the anticommunist association “December 13, 1990”, was absent in the festivals of the 12-th anniversary on December 13, 2002. He is in the target of the communist anarchy to be eliminated like many others, and he left Albania in order to have his life safe. This is the anticommunist Ylli Zusi and his family. His father died in the communist prison since 1987, where he suffered a political condemnation, while his family had greatly suffered. In 1989 even Ylli Zusi was condemned politically, but he was set free with the amnesty of 1990. The beginning of democratic processes were a good hope and Ylli Zusi participated actively in pulling down the bust of Stalin on January 14, 1990, that of Enver Hoxha on December 13, 1990, while he was also beaten by the communists. He participates in many protests of the Albanian opposition. When Azem Hajdari was killed in 1998, the communists attempted to kill him too. He suffered menaces, fascist violence and attempts to eliminate his family. The year 2001, remembered by the Albanians as the year of the stolen votes with the power of police and tanks, was very hard for the former member of the commission in the elections of June 24, 2001, for the deputies in the Albanian Parliament.

In those elections Ylli Zusi was distinguished for defending the votes, but the state that stole the votes all over Albania, use violence and isolated him in the prison cells, torturing him for several days. In that time there were 64 commissioners arrested in Albania, and Ylli Zusi was one of them. He and his family were later on menaced, while still today he is sought in order to be realized the revenge on him.

Blood-feud, the disease that consumes Albania

The blood-feud in Albania has become as a disease, consuming day by day this country. This was confirmed these last days even the Minister of Public Order Luan Rama in his meeting in the police department of Shkodra. The conflicts are part of the day and night. Besnik Isuf Guri, was born and is resident in the village Domen of the municipality of Postriba in Shkodra. He is only 32, and was born on March 4, 1970, and he is now a victim of blood-feud. He is a good man and there is no penal procedure in his charge by the organs of the Albanian justice. The tragedy is interesting. On June 13, 2001, Idriz Bracaj, the uncle of Besnik was killed. The killer was Rasim Shabaj, resident in the same municipality. On February 8, 2002, the family Bracaj takes revenge killing the killer Rasim Shabaj. The families Bracaj and Shabaj had friendly relationships amongst them, yet the Missionaries of Peace, an NGO spread all over Albania, had tried to reconcile them, but the conflict goes worse. Ragip Ymer Ndreaj, the son in law of Besnik Guri, had stolen the vehicle “IFA” of Besnik, which was the vehicle used by the family Bracaj to take revenge on the family Shabaj, and this, was proved by the specialized organs in that place. The life of Besnik Guri is insecure, for the revenge is very severe in Albania. On April 20, 2002, the brothers Maliq and Rifat Burgaj have menaced to kill Besnik, while, as the lights turned off, he escaped helped by the darkness. The state should better avoid these situations by the power of law.

Property conflicts in Kosovo

In the Albanian places of the ethnic country, as it is in Kosovo or within the Yugoslavian Federation where Albanians live, many families are suffering great consequences by the different conflicts. The conflicts of property are being more troublesome. This time we stopped in such a conflict as it is between the families Braci and Hataj, who live in the village Bukovs in the municipality of Vranje of Bujanovc in ex-Yugoslavia.

For many years, since 1993, the family Braci is living shut in and insecure because of a conflict of property, unjustly occupied by the family Hataj.

The conflicts between those two families started on March 22, 1993, while on May 5, 1993 the citizen Miço Braci kills the son of the family Hataj and wound another. The author of this crime had previously suffered for many times, violence and beating, as well as his father by members of the family Hataj, who wanted to keep forcedly the property. The author of crime was arrested by the Serb police and dies in prison because of the tortures and ill-treatment. In this conflict, Agim Braci and his family are mostly in danger as he is the son of the author of that crime. Agim Braci, born on February 19, 1971, the person you see in this picture, has often suffered beastly pressures, and no matter he is guiltless, according to the ancient tradition, he should be killed for revenge.

There we came to know that the Missionaries of Peace in Kosovo had many times mediated to solve this conflict, yet without success. The property, cause of this conflict, belongs to the family Braci according to the documents. In these conditions of insecurity, Agim Braci and his family had to leave the country of their forefathers, and emigrate, like many other Kosovars, who risk their life in Kosovo.

Paulin Zefi form hell to hell

The family of the well-known Albanian democrat Paulin Kol Zefi suffered a great hell by the dictatorial regime of Enver Hoxha. The years of prison and internment have been a true hell to this family. They have suffered over 100 years of political imprisonment altogether, their children were born in the internment camps. This democrat, son of a persecuted anticommunist family, spent a lot for democracy since the beginning of it, having his life in danger. He is one of the first organizers of the anticommunist protests of June 16, 1990 the day of the funeral of the first martyr of the Albanian democracy Pëllumb Pëllumbi, killed near the border by the communists of Ramiz Alia. Paulin Zefi is one of the first to participate in the pulling down of the bust of Stalin on January 14, 1990, as well as when in that of Enver Hoxha on December 13, 1990. The same was on April 2, 1991, in the protests against the stolen votes, when there were killed four people and other 163 wounded. Still today this anticommunist has his life in serious danger. On January 14, 1990 he was kept for 17 days in the investigation’s prisons, in tortures, while his brother Gjovalin Zefi, because of the tortures finished in the psychiatric hospital of Elbasan. On December 13, 1990, he was arrested and kept in prison for 22 days. On April 2, 1991, he spent eight days in prison, suffering physical violence and psychological pressure. He is trailed by the shadow of dictatorship. On 1993 this anticommunist was had the death condemnation along with his brother Gjovalin Zefi and his nephew Armand Dingu. They were condemned in absence since they live hidden. But Paulin Zefi went through many problems and dangers just because he is an anticommunist. Now he lives hidden as his life and his family is in serious danger.

The couple Bibaj in danger

The Albanian citizen Vladimir Gjeto Bibaj, born on June 30, 1980, from Postriba of Shkodra, is living shut in along with his family, although they’re innocent people who love life and respect the society and the law. This married couple, Vladimir and Albana have their life in danger. Vladimir’s cousin, Xhevdet Bibaj, arguing in a bar at the center of the village Boks of Postriba, on November 17, 2002, has killed the citizen Zyhdi Beqiri.

This caused four families Bibaj to life shut in, fearing the revenge. According to the news we received, Vladimir Bibaj and his family are mostly in danger. The problem of conflicts are going every day worse in Albania, while every day they’re taking lives of innocent people.

The dictatorship hits Dritan Erkoçi

Those who spend for democracy, freedom and human rights become a target of the anarchist gangs to be physically eliminated, and this happened to the well known Albanian democrat Dritan Bashkim Erkoçi. This democrat, member of the DP since 1995, has actively participated in many protests hitting the eye of the politically supported gangs. Many times he was subject to death menaces, and many times he was beaten by this state which goes as far as to mock the Pope John Paul II in the national TV station, giving so a bad example to the world. The police goes to the point of breaking the arm and teeth to Dritan Erkoçi. But the worst thing is that this state has broken the trust of the Albanians and the trust of the Occident for integration in the big European family. Since the beginning of the democratic processes in Albania, Dritan Erkoçi revealed a democratic spirit of an intellectual. These qualities made the communist state to sign his name in the lists of death, while still today, even though he has left his country, he is sought to be eliminated like many of his friends who were sent to the cemetery by the dictatorship.
