The philosophy of trap

A sophisticated trap was probably prepared to eliminate the family of five members of Lin Rrusti, his wife Mimoza, their two sons Ervis and Elton and their daughter Ermelinda, who lastly faced death threats until they found the way to leave their country. There were menaces through phone-calls and letters, as well as through bullets’ shower toward their house. The only hope of life was to leave. This plague is a phenomenon in the post-communist Albania, where anarchy and insecurity are permanent. Lin Rrusti is the brother of the police officer, Eduard Rrusti, who in collaboration with the American intelligent services helped on unveiling the Albanian-Serbian group that smuggled explosive C4, what we have written about in our newspaper. The family of Lin Rrusti has no address now. We have made present our concern and the Albanian State is responsible about the violence used, just as it is responsible if the structures of this same State reveal those who collaborate with the occidental services, causing their relatives to be a target of elimination. We cannot talk about gangs’ revenge or any other purpose this State is keeping secret. The truth is unwavering and the philosophy of traps to kill good people or accomplish the desires of smugglers cannot be hidden. This shows that this unsafe life, more evident for the family Rrusti which leaved without address, is a product of the Albanian State that is detouring Albania every day more from the European integration.

Did he leave because they didn’t let him, or because they didn’t permit him?!

There’s always a dangerous moment amongst gentlemen (when they agree). When the person in charge chooses the specialist for business, politics, art or any other neuralgic area of life, since the very first moment of selection, he begins a dangerous sort of gambling, what can either take him out of problems or bring him deeper in a total slow downfall, because of improper interventions or bad choices, what occurred often. Wise men have often been prey of negativism flourishing in all its vigor, in this time of negativity.

The complexity of this problem is worth observing in our newspaper, for the outstanding artistic personality of Aleksandër Ruçi, an actor, director, producer, well-known not only in our town, but also in the whole nation and even beyond. He is appreciated even by the Albanians who live abroad, who consider his creativity as a reliquary. He was most probably mistreated by the pressure of negativity around us. Lastly, Sander starts and wins for 60 days another artistic battle, this time as a director of a local TV broadcast in our town. For 60 days the TV got a huge audience, because of his ability, organization, the artistic talent and contemporary intelligence, now even as a qualified journalist (an unknown area to us until the day of broadcasting live the funeral of Pope), what we’ll be considering later on. With new ways, speakers, broadcasts and artistic quality and a promising staff making variety within the institution, this TV increased its quality of 60%, what is great even for prestigious national TV broadcasts - according to the opinion of most of the community. The ace of it was the real presentation with high professionalism the days when the former Pope died. Maybe this was the moment when negativism, fundamentalism, incompetence and anger scared somebody who might have feared the reality of the surprising greatness of Sander, now even as a journalist, who live from the studio, commented for thousands of watchers the funeral of the Pope, giving the modest contribution for the great personality of the Pope who belonged even to our town, as he did to the whole civilized world, this for his visit, benediction, love for the martyrs of the Catholic Church. It was the real virtue of Sander giving the right place and appreciation to this great personality, while another TV might have been broadcasting the direct opposite (what is its right to do). After all those merits for such a short time, it surprisingly comes the moment of demission, removal, ouster or “elimination” of this talent who gave so much for Shkodra, this idealist who used everything for art. We wish that negativity might not be proud for this victory. We wish that the great Pope might not be the motive, for it is unbelievable.

Sander did really leave the TV, but he took with him the glory and grace of God, his benediction and that of the Pope, for Sander had the great privilege to be at the right place as a director in a historic day of farewell to the Pope on earth and his lifting toward the heavenly life. This is the virtue of Sander, standing in majesty over the negativity.

This is our reality, our Shkodra, where the incapable is extremely able to hide is incapability. So, did he leave because they didn’t let him, or because they didn’t permit him?!

Life is unsafe in Albania

Anarchy rules in Albania. The life of the citizens is menaced. One can be kidnapped, violated or killed by night and day. This is what happened to the citizen Stak Mirash Demaj. He is an old man over 60’s. On May 20, 2005, while going to the father in law of her daughter in Bajza, along with his wife, Lajde Demaj, they were stopped by unknown people and beastly beaten. The violence was too hard, so that Stak Demaj had to be cured at the Hospital of Shkodra.

Behold, while the elections’ campaign is publicized as “elegant”, the life of the Albanian citizens is in danger.
