The democrats are forced to
leave their country because of the insecure life The insecure situation in our country made many
democrats leave their country, for with their activity they not only didn’t
find support in the state but even violence. One of them is Nexhmedin Riza Çoçja, born in Shkodra on Zef
Nika The inquisitors of the 21st
century The Albanian politics finds difficulty on walking
toward emancipation. The former Organizing Secretary of the Leading Committee
of the SP, Petro Koçi meant this when he declared
that although the question of his discharge was presented to the justice, by
a group of supporters, convinced that the leadership of the Party has broken
the law, breaking the status, yet he has no complaint and although he will
leave the SP, he shall still be a socialist. This shows that Petro Koçi is in on evil deeds, and with the money gathered as
well as all the other stealers of this state of stealers, can still live and
help to further the life of this state of dictatorship. The political
discrimination and the violence toward the opponents of communism, has caused
the socialists to be united. The communists have taken advantage of the
corruption, the stolen votes the inability of the opposition to pull down the
power of anarchy even when the human liberties and rights have been broken
seriously. Hundreds of activists of the opposition have been killed,
thousands have been tortured and imprisoned, many others have felt forced to
leave their country. This was the case of the well known
democrat Fiqiret Gavoçi.
In 1981 he was condemned with 10 years of political imprisonment, as he had
tried to flee abroad, but because of the amnesty, and for his fortune the
death of the dictator Enver Hoxha,
he suffered the half of the condemnation. With the political pluralism in
Albania, Fiqiret Gavoçi
joined those who wanted a free and democratic Albania. He participated in
protests, on January 14, 1990, when the bust of Stalin was pulled down in Shkodra, on December 13, 1990, when was the turn of the
bust of Enver Hoxha, on
April 2, 1991, when the democratic people of Shkodra
protested against the stolen votes and Ramiz Alia
killed four people and wounded 163 others. He gave as much as he could, as a
man with a large vision. These actions made of him a victim of the
communists, who put him on target. On The social communists are inquisitors that can be
easily compared with the period when Giordano Bruno, Galileo Galilei etc., were burned up, just because they defended
their ideas, proving scientifically the natural phenomenon. In a few words
the social communists, although in the 21st century, are doing the same with
the democrats, as it is the case of Fiqiret Gavoçi and his family, being so a serious accusation. The
former Prime Minister Ilir Meta, the socialist
leader Fatos Nano, Skender
Gjinushi or Neritan Ceka, for example are
inquisitors, aren’t they? The daily press have mentioned them several times,
accused for political discrimination and medieval violence toward the
democrats. We think and will keep on affirming that this kind
of politics has lost its’ right to govern. The state that kills its’
citizens, just because they are political opponents, isn’t a state but
inquisitor. Sokol
Pepushaj The Kosovars between the
dreamed liberty and the threatened life Although Kosovo realized the dream of liberty
(without the barbaric Serbs), after 1999, this also thanks to the help of
Europe and USA, today, instead of enjoying the liberty they missed for a long
time, they are forced to watch their “mined” ground. Yet there is a
difference, that after 1999 it is not all about fighting mines, but human
mines, built up by the barbaric Serbs for many years, to be used just in
these days that should had been happy and not sad, as they are all over
Kosovo. Unfortunately these sad days are brought by those who have been
claimed as the liberators of Kosovo, speaking in the name of the KLA. The
KFOR is also trying to arrest those criminals amongst the KLA, who might be
working for “everyone”, but not for Kosovo and its independence. The cases of
threats, murders and massacres are so many, but they all have a name, that of
“KLA”, as a revenge against all those who didn’t join the army for the
liberation of Kosovo, or those accused as collaborators of the Serbs. To
show, in some way, what is being prepared against the Kosovars, I’ll tell
about a family from the village of Lubizhdë. I came
to know this just occasionally, when I visited Prizren
and its’ surroundings. I went there to prepare something for the journal “Shqipëria Etnike”, to give an
image of the life and not the “death” that was being “sowed”. As soon as I
visited Lubizhdë of Prizren,
I met rubble and ash, and I thought it was a home destroyed by the war and
left untouched now, without any particular story. When the inhabitants coming
with me noticed that I was looking at it with some attention, they told me
this was the house of the family Çulaj, now
completely destroyed. Unfortunately this didn’t come from the Serbs, but the
Albanians of Kosovo. The particularity of this family was that the Kosovar
man had had a woman of color as his wife. This
couple had two children, Eduart Çulaj
and Jetmira Çulaj. The
difficult life of this family started since the first appearance of KLA and
the colored people supported in someway
the Serb invader. The two young people of the family Çulaj,
Eduart and Jetmira, were
looked with doubt as coming from a colored mother.
The KLA had the doubts that as they were not joining the KLA, were
collaborators of Serbs, this because their mother was a colored
woman. For this reason, (without fundamentals), according to the inhabitants
of Lubizhdë, the KLA had visited this family
several times by night, during the 1999, scaring them, pushing down the doors
and asking them to show where they had hided the Serb soldiers and the staff
used to spy, threatening to kill them all. They never found something like
that, but the inspections and the physical mistreats went for a long time on,
until the day the younger of the family Çulaj, Eduart and Jetmira decided to
leave their home, Lubishda, Prizren
and Kosovo, as feared for their life. They left home only their two parents
who were mistreated by the KLA in the first visit they were found without
their children. The KLA wanted them to tell where the two younger had gone,
and they doubted that Eduart and Jetmira had joined the Serb army. These mistreatments
occurred not only during the war, but after the liberation too. One night,
some members of the KLA, after broke the door entering their home, broke and
destroyed everything, mistreated the colored woman
and took with them the husband in the night, telling her that her husband was
a ransom until the return of the two children, accused as collaborators of
the Serbs. If they were not back to be condemned as traitors she had no
reason to wait for her husband… a few times later there came the news that
Eduard and Jetmira’s father had died because of the
tortures and massacres of the KLA. Later they had put the woman out and had
burned up the house, leaving it in these conditions, as a symbol of the evil
that still moves around. The inhabitants that told this story asked me not to
mention them by names as they were afraid… However the inhabitants of Kosovo,
as well as we as journalists believe that these crimes do not come from the
KLA, but from its’ incriminated segments, obviously guided by the Serbs.
Unfortunately they’re not stopped yet by the KFOR. The focus of this article
was obviously the family that is inexistent now, but this tragedy should make
sensible the Kosovar opinion and the international one, to stop this evil
without end… Ndue

Kosovo, model of crimes on
people There are needed decades to understand that
incomparable tragedy the Kosovar people suffered since 1981 now. The most
touched was obviously the period of war. Its’ consequences are still visible
and it will be difficult, for the international justice to solve them. These
last days we were in charge from the journal, in the commune of Deçan. Everything there is destroyed and we wrote down
many names of victims of the Serb terror and war, and also victims of the
KLA. Many elderly had lost their parents and lived in vary bad conditions and
anxiety. There we met an old man who had lost his leg by the tortures of the
Serb beast during the wartime. His name is Haki Zyberi and he lived in a tent, although he had been an
activist of the DLK and had fought for a free Kosovo. He had to be cured at
home, to an Albanian doctor at the time he had his leg cut. His son Skender Zyberi, as many other
young people, had suffered terror and because of this had left their country
to go somewhere in the West, to safe his life,
first of all threatened by the Serbs and later on by the KLA too. These
paradoxes happen only to the Albanian community in Kosovo. During wartime, Skender Zyberi was called to
join the Kosovo’s Liberation Army, but he didn’t want blood and had refused
to fight, so he had left. Although he was tortured by the Serbs several
times, he was also declared “traitor” by the KLA, accused to have
collaborated with the Serbs. For this he was wanted to be fired as soon as
they could catch him. There are many cases like this. Later on the DTK asked Skender to go and fight in Macedonia. His father Haki Zyberi suffered violence
and pressures, in order to tell where his son was. The DTK using the same
structures and methods of KLA is responsible for many evil deeds, so the
people o Kosovo has been suffering a great terror,
incomparable to any other place in the world. In the other editions of this journal we’ll be
bringing other cases of crimes on people. Vasel
Gilaj The shadows of dictatorship In the postcommunist
Albania, the life of the democrats is menaced, just like during Enver Hoxha’s times. The
shadows of dictatorship follow those who aspire for a free Albania. The wellknown democrat Artor Shtyllaku, has given a great contribution, since 1990. As
a member of the Anticommunist Political Association
“13 Dhjetori 1990”, has
participated in many anticommunist activities. His
life was several times menaced, after the uzurpation
of the democratic state, in spring 1997. He was violated, tortured, shot and
his house was robbed by forces of the security of state. Diana Lazri, Tonin Gjoni, Franko Kasneci, Bep Pali have also suffered rubber sticks, tortures and
menaces of death. The mother of Artor Shtyllaku was wounded by the communists. In the beginning
of 2000, at the house of Bep Pali
there was put explosive stuff, by certain groups of the police, of course, as
the police is still silent. After 1997, the democrats are being violated and
their life is menaced. Many have been shot, imprisoned for political motives
and many others are leaving Albania, just like those mentioned in this
article, in order to save their life. When is it going to finish?! Bukurije
