Edi Rama in Shkodra speaks like Mehmet Shehu

-The Mayor of Tirana, part of the illusions of the moment, jokes of bars and humorous debate-

Shkodra is really missing a lot compared to Tirana; it really misses an Edi Rama. But we should separate the work from the purpose. Edi Rama is a looser in almost all the works, just as he is successful when the lots of money come from Fatos Nano and the dirty business. He failed as an athlete, he failed as a painter, and he failed even in many works, didn’t he? He failed even as an emigrant in France. He couldn’t get even the permission of permanent residence, while thousands other have got it.

The conversation with Artan Haxhi, the Mayor of Shkodra in Shkodra was acceptable, for the metropolis of the north could normally be transformed in a culture dress, that’s why we considered it in the last edition. But the unexplained meeting of Edvin in the North Albania looks like a metastasis of evil.

Part of that which makes Shkodra very respectful and appreciated is the spiritual pureness, the gentleness, the production of intellectual contents. Yet neither Shkodra, nor the North seems productive to Edi Rama. The Northern habitants, especially those of Shkodra, were called by this Edi with cut nails and without an earring, as cabmen who have tied the horse near the Parliament in Tirana. This insulting system guiding the mental process of Edi Rama is close to that of Mehmet Shehu once upon a time, or that of Ilir Meta, whom in a meeting in front of the Prefecture of Shkodra, said: “I don’t fear the vagabonds of Berisha”. This system of rule of Edi anti-Berisha, and normally anti-North, in the unlimited statements, even weaker than those of the humorist Paulin Selimi, makes more dim the bad behavior of Rama, for this Mayor of Tirana speaks about solving complexes, while people without personality stay close to him, those who were sent away ten years ago by prof.Dr. Sali Berisha.

Edi Rama lost since here. He lost even because the police escorted him in those meeting considered private according to the Premier Nano. He lost, for there were people even from the Republic’s Guard. He lost for there is rumor that, no matter the communist eclecticism, he was charged by Fatos Nano to support during the future elections any candidate of Nikollë Lesi.

The communist politics acts always according to the rational principle, the interaction of deceit, unconsciousness, promises for “golden spoon”, finding the acceptable ways saying that I want you to vote for whom I want.

While the Minister of Order Igli Toska made a direct menace toward police one month ago, toward people and the constitution this lies that “the police isn’t politicized”, while Berisha a tax-collector of blood, meaning this even for those who gave their vote to Berisha, Edi Rama offers direct control, provokes  complexes and dysfunctions.

If Shkodra and the North are poor, the politics doesn’t work, for eight years ago Shkodra was richer than Tirana and the examination of exploiter, insulting actions produced by Nano, Toska, Meta, Rama, just like once upon a time Enver, Mehmet, Kadri, is easy, very easy for all the areas of the society, except some bank-burners, arsenal robbing people, and murderers of policemen and agents.

As Edi came in Shkodra without an earring, it is not clear his final purpose and you can justly judge him and all those who didn’t do a good job, that they’re just part of the bitter experience, illusions of the moment, and jokes of bars and debate of humorous thought.

The State produces dictatorship

The chairman of the Socialist Party, Fatos Nano and the structures of the Albanian State are making every day more intense the violence even against the free press. This occurs because we are in the year of the parliamentary elections. Nano seems to be willing to violate even the next elections at any cost. The Albanian Premier, the Albanian chief-socialist, or as called by the Albanian Mandela, Pjetër Arbnori “the chief-specialist”, has showed continuous violence and political revenge against his adversaries, while only during his dictatorial governing over 6000 innocent Albanians have been shot. Many suffered political imprisonment, violence and tortures and many others could leave their country, in order to save their lives, after many troubles. One of them is Elvis Simo Hajkoja, born on February 24, 1979 in the anticommunist town of Shkodra. His life became unbearable in his country. According to an official document of the Anticommunist Political Association “13 Dhjetori 1990”, number 1028, Elvis has given a lot as a member and activist of this association, that’s why he became target of crime. Simo Hajkoja, the father of Elvis, was actively involved in the anticommunist political protests of January 14, 1990, to pull down the bust of Stalin, on 16 June 1990, when the citizens of Shkodra protested during the funeral of the first martyr of the Albanian democracy, Pëllumb Pëllumbi, shot in Hani i Hotit by the order of the former communist president Ramiz Alia, on December 13, 1990, to pull down the bust of Enver Hoxha, when many were beaten and others had political sentences up to 22 years of prison, on April 2, 1991, protesting for the votes stolen by the communists when four were shot and 163 were wounded. Elvis Hajkoja, this guy you see in the picture, departed toward occidental countries in order to save his life. He was born in a family of anticommunist and nationalist tradition. During the years of the regime of Enver Hoxha, his relatives were persecuted by the regime. His grandfather suffered 15 years of political imprisonment. Even his other grandfather, Arseni Jovani, was shot at the border on May 1953. The suffering of this family continued with the confiscation of property, political discrimination like denying the right to study, work etc. Since November 1997, when Elvis Hajkoja was admitted in the Anticommunist Political Association “13 Dhjetori 1990”, until August 26, 2004, when he was kidnapped and kept in hostage by socialists for 48 hours, until his family paid 15.000 Euro to release him, he gave a great contribution for a democratic Albania. In 1997, when the socialists burst in the arsenal, took the weapons, burned banks, enterprises and institutions, he helped to safeguard the institutions of the State. The wave of those troubles killed many Albanians, 82 of whom were police officers, until Fatos Nano got the power through violence, explosive and guns. His father had given his contribution helping to start again religion in 1990, and today is the secretary of the Orthodox Association “Shën Javan Vladimiri”, Shkodra. Since that time he had irritated the socialist terrorists. He is missing his son today, who was in serious danger here. Many others are menaced like Elvis Hajkoja. Elvis is remembered even today as a mature, quiet and gentle guy. During the last elections, as member of the commission representing the coalition “Unity for Victory”, he suffered serious menaces to be eliminated, if he wouldn’t agree to sign the process-verbal for the left-winged coalition. His family too was warned. But what is really concerning for the Albanian society is the fact that many democrats face pressure, threats and violence. This is how Albania goes toward the parliamentary elections of this year.

The life of the Albanian democrats is victimized

The violence and persecution installed by the neo-communists on power against opposition, has given a strong hit to the level of democracy in Albania.

Many international organisms have appealed against human rights being overlooked, especially for political problems. Yet the attempts of the international community to stop violence could not influence the communist dictators. Many democrats, who had no place to report violence, as it is managed by the state, had a tragic end. Victim of persecution until the day he could leave Albania was Lekë Ndokë Luca, born on February 11, 1978. But, why is it that this guy is in danger in his own country? Here are the facts that our journal has in its archive as a living testimony of illegal punishment by this Anarchist State. According to the document number 1030 of the protocol of the Anticommunist Political Association “13 Dhjetori 1990”, Lekë Luca, as a member and activist of this association, along with his father have been active in all the anticommunist political protests, like that of January 14, 1990, December 13, 1990, April 2, 1991, and Leka’s father was one of the first to help starting religion. This guy comes from a family who was persecuted during the years. According to the source of the same official document, Leka’s grandfather was in a political prison from 1946 till 1955, and his family was deprived of the most elementary rights. They were sent in concentration-camps to work for punishment. According to another official document with protocol number 72, released by the Integration Institute of the Politically Persecuted, Leka’s uncle, named Gjelosh Nik Vuksani, suffered six years of political imprisonment, while Lekë Luca today is suffering likewise his relatives during the regime of Enver Hoxha, and his life is often menaced.

As a victim of his convictions, although being precious to the Albanian democracy, Lekë Luca and his family, after the return on power of the social-communists in 1997, faced persecution. On September 14, 1998, the day of the funeral of the democrat deputy Azem Hajdari, shot by the communists at the center of Tirana, Lekë Luca was arrested and mistreated for three days illegally. The anarchists however don’t consider the law, as they kill every day. His family and relatives were warned for violence and revenge. Near the elections of 2000, Leka was mistreated by unknown people, who wanted to stop him from doing the monitor for the Democratic Party. But he defended the vote of the people. We know very much about the activity of this guy, like that in the protests against the manipulation of the Referendum of 1993, the local elections of October 1st, 2000, or the parliamentary elections of June 24, 2001. Yet the problem is greater. How long will last this persecution of Albanian democrats by the social-communists who victimize the life of the Albanian society every day?

Why did Nikolin Berdica leave his country?

The family of Nikolin Zef Berdica is a family of a sound Catholic background, distinguished for their opposition against the communist-atheist dictatorship. Nikolin gave a great contribution on helping actively the process of restart of religion with the first mass celebrated by Dom Simon Jubani on November 11, 1990 at the chappel of the “Rrmaji” cemetery of Shkodra. According to documents we posses in our archive, Nikolin Berdica suffered internment from 1981 until 1985 and imprisoned for political motives from 1986 till 1990 in the prison of Spaç. Since he was born on January 1st, 1956, at the “7 Nëntori” quarter in Shkodra, until now he went through persecution deprived of his freedom. At the beginning of the democratic processes he was active in pulling down the bust of Stalin on January 14, 1990, that of E.Hoxha on December 13, 1990, in the protest of April 2, 1991, in the funeral of the democrat deputy Azem Hajdari on September 14, 1998, as well as in all the activities of the Anticommunist Political Association “13 Dhjetori 1990”, as its member. He was often menaced to be eliminated. As his life is in serious danger, he was forced left his country.

BLOOD FEUD, THIS INJURY THAT IS FINDING NO CURE

The blood feud this injury that cause only human dolours, this injury that is never finding any cure, this injury that many times it seemed to be fading, in fact become rafter, this injury that conjure death, misery and destruction, this injury that many familes has covered with the dearth veil, and other hundreds has immobilised in their belfries black too. And unfortunately they are expecting death with anguishes, the immediate death from then who have the blood in charge, or the sluggish death that is causing the famine, stress and total isolation from the social life. The blood feud is an inherited injury from centuries not only for albanians, since in the primal socities that didn’t knew the state conception, and in fact the revenge in general and blood feud in particulary has played  paralysed role to the criminel and malefactor persons, where the law you killed me and I will kill you, you destroyed me economically and materialy, even I will turn it to you with the same coin, has made to become frightened not only some people, but even homes and kins, and that the way was. It is interesting to be said that together with the human being it is born antihuman being, so the devil that destroyed the soul and the mind of a man to kill even his brother, where for illustration we can remember that from the first moments of the man in this world, so since the time of Eva and Adam, brother killed his brother from the hurtburning, Kaini killed Abel, and meanwhile this is writing even i the holy books, we find to the other books too as Illyada the lines:

….From whom that killed his brother …. Or from whom who killed his son….

And mweanwhile the centuries passed the societies  were leading off from the primitive life, and they were maming codes or more exactly the laws of the time that was settling to a way the life and the relationships between peoples, doing like this that slowly was borning staes and governments that was undertaking the protection of human rigths, and the civilisation and development of their countries. During mediaval in Albania WAS BORNED SOME CANONS like as that of Mountains, Scanderbeg, Labëri and until to that of Leke Dukagjini, which was probably the most harshly, but more long-lived, especially in the northern ranges, including Malesi e Madhe. It si bethinked that is dating 1459-1479 and it is collected by Prince of Dukagjin Leka III. Unfortunatelly in the other countries of Europe together with the evolution of the societies, the codes of the blood feud  was disappeared and they were placed the contemporary laws, that punish the blood feud and revenge, and meanwhile the men become realizated in the coherence with their civilization and tehir development. In Albania in generality and especially in Malesi e Madhe, the civilisation  was walking very slowly, this ws not for the fault of albanians that were invaded century after century, where the simbol of this invasion is that of nearly five centuries ottoman, and that of the half century of communism. If the ottoman invasion was inflated  the blood feud injury, the communist invasion seeming like it was stopping, but in fact the communism closed by force the old injuries and was accumulating new injuries that will be breaking out with force immediately the dictatorship  was falling in 1991.  The communism developed the class struggle, create the new spy man that spied brother – brother, friend – friend, fellow – fellow and others and others, and destroyed the religions, and over all of these the properties, that are the symbol that connect every man with his country. Hundreds of murders happened for these injuries accululated from communism, and especially for the land ownership, where the old boundaries, were destroyed, where the documentations of the ownership was maltreated or warped, exalting like this spites, malices and enmities, which day by day caused murders and than blood feud, blood feuds which even todays are treated with the wild codes of mediaval of the Canon of Lek Dukagjini. To demosntrate that the injuries of the blood feud still defecate blood espcecially in Malesi e Madhe (where the land it is not shared by the law for the land 7501, but with the old boundaries, so with the canons) it is sufficient to see many families immobilized for BLOOD, and many others that are looking for revenge. This time to attest this thing we thopught to wire something only for a new injury of blood feud, which became opened a some tiem sbefore on February 2005, where fot the problem of ownership in irritable moment Ded Dokaj kills with gun ther defunct Ndue Nikaj and wound  his son Bik Nikaj. Immediately the family dokajs of Hot that today is under the amministration of the Commune Kastrat, is obliged to be immobilized because the family NIKAJ want not only one blood, but two, for the person killed and the wounded too.  After the February 06 the family of defunct ndue Nikaj was endue in black, but the same destiny is expecting the family Dokaj too and escecially the killer ded Dokaj and all me males of this family, including here the nephew of Dede, Nush Dokaj, whom is the most gentle male of the Dokaj’s to be killed, because as the canon of Lek Dukagjini says the blood feud looks for the best and not the worst man. However missionaris and reconciliations members are tried to do the reconciliation oof these two houses, at least it is asked to them to constrict the circle of blood feud only to the man who killed, but this thing is not accepted by the family Nikaj, and this thing has forced to be immobilizes or hidded somewhere almost the all males of the family Dokaj. It is interesting that the family of the victime don’t accept  to report on the organs of state policy the name of the killer, because they say that this is not acceptable by the canin, and the blood must be taken by them and not by the state. The state to us is natyrally fragile, and often even ill-disposed, and this thing has made to not give any kind of security for the life on any male of the family Dokaj, whoms everry day that pass are expecting  in anxiety when tha gun of the family Nikaj will defeat over them. And meanwhile we as a journal express our  regret of this case, but even for the blood feud in general, it is not remaining anything else but only to close this writing with the lines of our national poet father Gjrgj Fishta … Who was,  that cruelty – that the gun catched at first – and now the hands wants to dye – in blood of the brothers for nothing – he must be cursed from the God…
