The ears of the opinion and politics

The calm with which the Albanians are cohabiting is really scary. This because only the international forces appeal, and even press upon politics to be integrated. It looks like the ears of the opinion are already tired of clamorous promises of the politicians who only lie, or feel at ease with the “view”. Wherever, within the existing borders, whenever within the day-night time, you hear about murders, injustice, and human rights and freedom overlooked. And nothing “preoccupies” the years of the people. Even when the Mafia-Politics fires at the center of  Tirana. Not to mention then the rural areas, where there’s no TV broadcast or newspapers. Just like in medieval times. So, not only hope is suffocated but feelings also. When the crime cohabits with politics and has its roots deep in there, when we have to do with a pact, it means that the experienced crimes come to the Albanians just from this politics. In the municipality of Kelmend, for instance, one of the most persecuted areas during the communist system of Enver Hoxha, a place where there’s no TV signal, no newspaper, where only a private company covers partially the area with a telephone service, people is politically violated and used. There are many cases. This guy, Fatmir Nilaj, was the next victim of politics. It is a paradox how someone is violated and what is menaced for? It was June 27, 2001, when the police went to arrest Luigj Nilaj, just because he had written some words during the campaign in the village, when Fatmir Nilaj suffered physical violence. The motive was that they didn’t find Luigj, Fatmir’s uncle, at home, so this one, who was cutting trees, was mistreated and cut at his right hand. His uncle was accused to be a socialist, he was arrested a few days after, and later he left the country. Even his nephew, Fatmir Nilaj, is in serious danger, although not being a socialist like his uncle, but as a democrat. During the parliamentary elections of July 3rd, 2005, Fatmir Nilaj was supporting the democrat candidate Pjeter Arbnori, former President of the Parliament. In a very hard competition, the Albanian Mandela, now the late Pjeter Arbnori, lost against the socialist Paulin Sterkaj. After a while, by the half of July 2005, unknown people, yet supported by politics and crime, have threatened the life of Fatmir Nilaj, to the point he decided to leave the country. These facts do not give confidence and seriousness, but are really scary for the life of the citizens, who remain hostages of the politics or the crime rooted in politics.

Innocent victims of a crazy time

The sentence “murdered for properties” has now become daily. The demographic movements of the last sixty years, while the properties were property of the State since 17 years ago, in the post-communist period, the Law 7501, still available, distributed the land on the basis of persons, inciting conflicts between the legitimate proprietors and those who became new proprietors, a conflict that registered thousands of victims. Riza Milani, from Postrribë, in Shkodër, on January 10, 2000, bought from Muhamet Musa Bushi five thousand meters square of land in faith, without any notarized document, what it is common, as they had a bad house in that land, of the family Bushi. But Bushi broke the promise and wanted the land back. There’s a conflict that cannot be closed neither by the Commune, nor by the elders, so Riza Milani starts a new building, for according to him and the declaration of the mayor Faz Shabaj, he was right. Muhamet Bushi got angry, he took his two sons with guns and stops the work forcedly. Riza Milani and the workers avoided the conflict and left. The building thus was pulled down. A little later, on March 5, 2007, Sejdi Milani, the father of Riza, kills Musa Bushi for revenge. The two families were in enmity with each-other. Now there was the Canon of Lekë Dukagjini between them. The family Milani are closed in, as it is common. We have an official document in our journal, of the elder of the village Domen, B.M. and the mayor F.Sh., proving the facts that we are publishing. The sons of Riza Milani, Artan Milani, very young, born in August 25, 1986 and Artur Milani, even younger, born in January 26, 1990, were mostly in danger, and they lived shut in from March 5, 2007 until December 20, 2007. The gun was ready to shot on them. Yet they found a way to leave the country. Today they live somewhere without address and in open conflict. Artan and Artur, likewise many of their age, are innocent victims of crazy time, whose life is in danger, in the name of the medieval codes.
