Tahsim, Altin and Jetmir, three accuses

The actual leaders in Albania, are not just nostalgic to the dictatorial past, but the political propaganda is head over heals in crimes, discrimination and corruption. Those who are unjustly hit by the state, as we have now TahsimDescription: D:\gazeta\Shqipėria Etnike\internet\she42\tahsimi.jpg Halit Halili and the husbands of his two daughters, Altin Fejzi Grizhja and Jetmir Muho Bushataj, make another accusation for this state who violates every day and night the elementary rights and liberties of life to their political opposition. The life of these three people is in serious danger just because they have invested so much for freedom and democracy, for an occidental society. Tahsim Halili is a member and activist of the Anticommunist Political Association “13 Dhjetori 1990”. According to the protocol No. 925, of this association, he was involved in the anticommunist political protests of January 14, 1990 to pull down the bust of Stalin. In June 16, 1990, he participated along with the people of Shkodra in the funeral of the very first martyr of Albanian democracy, Pellumb Pellumbi, killed at the boarder after caught in Hot. On December 13, 1990, he was there in pulling down the bust of Enver Hoxha. On April 2, 1991, he participated in the protests against the stolen votes, when Arben Broci, Bujar Bishanaku, Nazmi Kryeziu and Besnik Ceka were killed, and other 163 wounded. In this last protest, Tahsim suffered violence by the forces of the security of state, those who committed murders and are not condemned yet for their crimes. In 1997 Tahsim was involved in defending the institutions of the state during the communist rebellion. On September 14, 1998, the day of the funeral of the deputy Azem Hajdari, he was arrested with political motivation, where he was beaten and tortured for three hours. This was the beginning of the dark Calvary, followed by continuous death threats to him and his family. This democrat came from a persecuted family, interned in Tepelena. The right of having a job and following the studies were denied to them, like the freedom. In 1987 he was had a 10 years of imprisonment condemnation. Even his two sons in law were victims of violence and death threats. His son in law Altin Fejzi Grizhja, born on August 21, 1975, participated along with Tahsim in all the anticommunist protests. He comes from a family interned in Hajmel. The property of his family was confiscated as they were anticommunists. Altin’s father was distinguished in 1990 as originator of the freedom of religion. In the spring of 1997, Altin Grizhja and the other brother in law, Jetmir Bushataj joined those who defended the institutions of the democratic state. On February 30, 1997, during a peaceful protest of the Democratic Party in Shkodra, Altin suffered violence like Jetmir Bushataj on September 14, 1998, who suffered the violence of police. They arrested Jetmir for the three hours, where he suffered violence, beats, and threats to kill him and his family later on. The consequences of those threats are still evident as the communists take revenge with cruelty, out of every kind of reasoning. Jetmir participated in all the anticommunist protests. He came from a persecuted family, interned for three years in Shtyllas of Fier. In the protests of April 2, 1991, he suffered violence as well as many his friends, but fortunately escaped death.

These three democrats, Tahsim Halili, Altin Grizhja and Jetmir Bushataj, have left Albania along with their families, as feeling unsafe in the Albania they spent and gave up so much for. This is the Albania worsening because of the leaders linked with crime and corruption.

To go or not to go in Kosovo

It is difficult, even too difficult to go in Kosovo, Presheva and Macedonia. This is true even for the journalists of “Shqiperia Etnike”, who aspire the spiritual and cultural union of all Albanians. There are numerous problems left by the war, but even earlier, and the terrorist groups are prepared to control and even eliminate you. Those who fought for their country, and not only them, but even us, coming from Albania, feel supervised and menaced every time we go there. The Serbs are still mighty on organizing the terrorist groups, abusing from the poverty of the country. They are also taking advantage of the environment. There are many cases theDescription: D:\gazeta\Shqipėria Etnike\internet\she42\tė shkosh a tė mos shkosh.jpg Albanians become innocent victims. We are taking just one. In the village Epoje of Dragosh in Presheva, lived the Kosovar Blerim Bali. The Serbs had murdered his father Melaim Bali in 1997. The murderer was his Serb neighbor Zviski. Blerim Bali took revenge on his father, killing Zvinski, obviously led by the moment he saw his father dead. The family of the Serb Zvinski was upset and started looking for the Kosovar Blerim Bali, to fire him. The Serb police also want him. On confidential reports we have, he disappeared. Either he is living hidden or has left, yet none knows his address. The problem is that the Serbs in Kosovo, Presheva and Macedonia are still committing ugly crimes, killing the innocent Albanians.

Kosovars denied of their country

Every time we visit the martyr Kosovo as journalists, instead of writing about optimism for a better life in the freedom and independence achieved in 1999, have to write about a dark phenomenon, eroding the frail body of this bDescription: D:\gazeta\Shqipėria Etnike\internet\she42\kosovarė me atdhe tė mohuar.jpgeautiful Albanian area. All already know this phenomenon, and that is denying the Albanians of Kosovo the right to live in their homes. Who acts against this “will” have to face sudden death from a dark hand, yet always under the sign of KLA, of those pretending to have performed the liberty of Kosovo from the Serb colonizers. These fanatic militants have the same methods as the Serbs who killed the same Albanians. Neither UNMIK nor other security forces are being able to stop this dark hand. Even when those organisms try to arrest the suspected, thousands of protesters, raise defending the supposed “glorious” leaders of KLA. There are numerous cases like this, but I chose a poor person, lost somewhere in emigration, fearing the misfortune assigned to him by the groups of KLA. This poor person is Enver Lekaj, born on February 13, 1972, in Pristine (the district “Kodra e Trimave”). Some of his relatives, told me about the destiny of him and his family, obviously with a law voice and keeping details confidential for security reasons. This simple family until 1998 used to live and work in Pristine. When groups of KLA had their start, in 1998, the son of this family, Enver Lekaj was one of the first to join those groups, whose goal was the liberation of Kosovo. There was much enthusiasm for this; thought the danger of the Serb invader was evident. This danger involved the young Enver Lekaj soon. The Serb police arrested him one day and used violence, until throwing him on the road to the villages of Pristine, thinking he was dead. Nevertheless, God did not think like that, so he escaped death miraculously. He had told nothing about his friends. However, some leaders of KLA were not of the same opinion. They started to suspect the Serbs set Enver free because he told them about his friends. This suspect was even higher when some of new members of KLA where arrested those same days. This was the beginning of provocations and tortures on him. A close friend of Enver told him to leave Kosovo if he his life is still dear to him, for KLA would kill him as a traitor. On July 1998, Enver felt forced to leave Kosovo, though he loved it so much. He left with the hope to go back some day. That day had to be in the free Kosovo, and everything would be clear, but this was not the case. Immediately after the liberation, in 1999, certain groups of KLA brought out the lists of “traitors”, and those who were found, were killed and had their properties robbed. The family Lekaj had this same misfortune. Their destiny isn’t known anymore for none of them lived anymore in Pristine and Kosovo. There was rumor that KLA had murdered Enver’s parents, and destroyed his house (as if it was from the war), while nothing was known about the others. The realtives of Enver hoped he was still alive, because they found often the name of Enver in the lists of the traitors of KLA. They wanted him dead. His relatives had prepared for us a picture of Enver. This was a picture that KLA had spread to their spies, in order to report as soon as he returned from emigration. The destiny of Enver was already established by this criminal organization, though it holds the sign of those who fought for Kosovo. We hope this article will make more sensible the international opinion, and we hope to warn Enver and others to be careful for they are in serious danger from this dark hand working against the martyr Kosovo, as well as against our early Euro-occidental civilization… How far will this go on, God?

Isuf Zalli should be killed for a crime he never committed and because he is a gipsy

Isuf Zalli was born on March 17, 1961 in the “Liria” district of Shkodra. In the picture featuring the article he is looking at and holding close his only son Amirsad. He cannot hide a frightened sight. What is concerning to this Description: D:\gazeta\Shqipėria Etnike\internet\she42\isuf zalli.jpg42 years old man? What does he fear? He is the only son of Met Zalli. He comes from a gipsy family, established in the “Liria” district of Shkodra since 100 years ago. This family had always sufferings, persecution just because they were gipsy. For 50 years of dictatorship, they could only survive doing the hardest works. He married with Hava Rexhepi and had three daughters: Emirsada, Eliona, Sedita and a son, Amirsad. Their sad story begun one year ago, on March 2002. His brother, (from the mother) Mehmet Kraja had a conflict with a person from Dukagjin, resident in Shkodra. After a discussion on religious problems, Mehmet was shot and wounded in his leg, so was sent to the city hospital. One month later, after coming out of the hospital, Mehmet Kraja murders Gjon Fiku (the man who wounded him) in the center of the city, and disappears. He left and his brother (from the mother), Isuf Zalli was in charge of this murder to give account to the family of the victim, having so to live shut in, fearing the revenge. The missionaries of peace have made several efforts in the family of the victim, yet unable to return the peace to the family of Isuf Zalli, who has months that left home and none knows where is. He hides whenever he can to escape the revenge of blood feud that spares not even his only son, Amirsad. This is the reason he hold him close in the picture. He is not guilty, but he should pay for a crime he never committed, as he is a gipsy. The gipsies are not welcome in Kosovo, in Shkodra and in Albania. yet they are people…

Presheva today

Medvegja, Bujanovc or Presheva are unsafe areas today, and terrorism bases according to reports we have. It seams the war there was a “helmet” of protection for terror. There are numerous crimes on innocent people. DitmDescription: D:\gazeta\Shqipėria Etnike\internet\she42\presheva sot.jpgir Xheēovi is a person from Presheva who went through many problems, while life and death were so near to each other for him. He defended the liberation army in the noble mission of defending the human rights and liberties given to Kosovo by God, as well as to every other people. Ditmir had to leave because of the murder of his father Sami Xheēovi, from the Serbs and because of the threats or efforts to eliminate him and his family. The Serbs have also violated the laws of war, expressing clear extreme ethnic or religious dislike. Such is found even amongst the Liberation Army. In Presheva today, is obvious the fact that terror has a dangerous base, hence the difficulty of the international forces. This fact was in our editorial office since one month ago, but we preferred to verify it ourselves.
